He has over thirty years of experience working directly with business owners and stakeholders in the areas of finance, accounting, operations and strategy. His passion lies in helping business owners evolve their fundamental understanding of the financial side of  their business to optimize entity strategy, profitability and enterprise value.

Maggie has over 30 years of operational experience working on process improvement projects, customer experience, merger due diligence, integration and daily operations management.  Maggie enjoys engaging the people closest to the process in any redesign.

She is currently Principal of Indigo B; an operational services and COO on demand business.

Beth, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a versatile human resources executive with over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries with Fortune 100 companies as well as private organizations. As an Independent Consultant she is leveraging her change management experience to assist companies in attracting and engaging talent, improving internal communications, developing leadership and aligning human capital initiatives to achieve business goals.

Dawn founded Moonlight Creative in 1996. She leads with a client-first philosophy, believing it’s her role to be the creative partner clients turn true for trusted guidance, ah-ha ideas and award-winning work. She builds customized marketing and design solutions based on your goals, unique brand identity, and audience. Whether it’s through brand development, web design, or social media, she will help you share who you are, what you offer, and why it matters.

Steve has over 25 years of experience working with business owners and executives as an expert in information technology infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cyber risk-management practices for businesses.
